Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) has now rolled out in all 100 North Carolina counties. While statewide implementation is a significant milestone, we recognize that inconsistencies remain and practical questions continue to come up in day-to-day practice.

To better support our members as the system continues to evolve, NCLTA and NCBA Real Property Section have collaborated to create a dedicated email address for Enterprise Justice (Odyssey)-related questions: odysseynclta@gmail.com.

This resource provides a place for members to submit questions and receive guidance from the Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) Support Team – a group of volunteer attorneys and paralegals with practical experience using Enterprise Justice (Odyssey).

How to Submit a Question

If you have an Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) question, please email odysseynclta@gmail.com and include:

• A clear description of your question or issue, including your specific search query and any filters chosen
• County or counties being searched
• Any relevant screenshots or context (please redact confidential information)
• Whether your question is time-sensitive
• Your name and contact information

A volunteer on the Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) Support Team will respond within 48 hours of receipt of your question.
